Can I try KIMS™ without committing?
Yes. You can access KIMS through the Discovery tier, which provides a guided, read-only experience of the platform for 5 days. This allows you to understand the workflow, methodology, and outputs before subscribing.
How does the upgrade credit work?
The Discovery access is designed to let you evaluate KIMS before committing. When you move to a full subscription, you transition directly — there are no overlapping or duplicate costs.
What counts as a 'project' in Professional?
A project represents a structured execution initiative within KIMS—typically aligned to a transformation, diagnostic, or improvement effort. Each project contains the full workflow (steps, signals, whiteboards, and outputs) and can be used to manage a specific business challenge end-to-end.
Can we add more than 50 users?
Yes. For teams beyond 30–50 users, KIMS transitions into an Enterprise setup, where user volumes, governance, and access structures are tailored to your organisation.
Do you integrate with our data stack?
